Solution: Develop a centralized export and container query system was developed. It collects information from the shipping companies and integrates it into the same platform together with the data that Saman has about customer orders and contracts.
Benefits: Online self-consultation, information traceability, real-time reports. Queries can be made by Bill of lading or Container tracking and generate customer reports, contracts and SAP account statements.
